The Pamphlet is entitled: 'Provisional Constitution/ Rules/ Standing Orders and/ Platform/ from 1st January 1963' and was issued by the Australian Labor Party W.A. Branch. The booklet cost 3/-. It has an orange/beige cover with black writing and the Australian Labor Party logo. The Index at the front covers all points in the book, from membership and composition to voting and committees.
