The note is coloured blue, orange and white. On the front is a woman in a flowing gown with the text 'YKPA'I'HA/ KYAOH/ 5/ KAPEOBAHU, iB/ HAU,IOHABHUU EAHK YKRA'I'HU/1991'. On the back of the note is a picture of Traditional Russian Churches/ Houses, with the number 5 printed four times on the back.
