Text on front of envelope reads 'In good taste always 'Mills and Ware's/ Biscuits.' There is a see through plastic window at the front of the envelope surrounded by a thin layer of blue ink. The text on the back of the envelope read 'Mills & Ware Biscuits Pty Ltd/ P.O. Box 111, Fremantle, Western Australia 6160'. Underneath the flap of envelope, the text reads 'FORTIS-SECRETIVE'. The inside of the envelope has a white and blue pattern imprinted onto the paper.
