Book with dark blue cover with water wave pattern embossed in paper. No writing on cover. Every second page was a pink blotting page to catch the ink from writing. The book contains pages of tables with the weekly date from 1st January 1910 up to the end of 1913, and the various funds that the owner could contribute to such as contribution fund, accident fund, entrance, accident fund entrance, levies & fines. Owner's name, G. Pearson, and registration number 410, written in flyleaf.
