Circular sieve with coarse wire mesh. Inner and outer wooden frame secures wire mesh. Two wires run diagonally across the mesh, intersecting in the centre to brace the wooden frame and support the mesh. Inside edge of frame bears inscription: 'ICING SUGAR' four times written in black texta pen.
