NEEDHAM REGISTRAR." Below the title is the insignia of the board with a black swan and "DENTAL BOARD OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA". The round seal comprises a raised impression of a swan within a circular border and lettering "DENTAL BOARD / W.A." There may be a frame for the certificate at Willetton Store.
