Shield-shaped plaque of wood painted red with metal crest of "STAFF COLLEGE / ROYAL AUSTRALIAN / AIR FORCE / SAPIENTIA VIRTUTE PRAEVALET". On back: manufacturer's label and, handwritten: "July 1979". Presented to the Premier or representative, presumably for the State's Sesquicentenary.
