Shield-shaped plaque with metal emblem: "COMMANDER / AUSTRALIAN FLEET / READY AND RESOLUTE" with plate underneath: "PRESENTED BY / THE FLAG OFFICER COMMANDING / HM AUSTRALIAN FLEET / RADM D.W. LEACH, CBE. MVO. RAN." On back manufacturer's label and paper label: "PRESENTED / THURSDAY 29TH NOVEMBER, 1979". Presented to the Premier or representative, presumably for the State's sesquicentenary.
