MUFF, sable
H1987.308
Rust and brown sable muff, lined in brown silk and satin, padded with feathers; muff is composed of 10 pelts, with seven tails sewn at seam to hang from muff, each tail has brown cord at top. Muff shows signs of having been mended by hand at later date. Machine and hand sewn.
