TEA TOWEL, WW1

WW1 souvenir tea towel of brown cotton with yellow, red and green throughout. Centre features embellished illustration of soldiers marching forward in file with the words "Tipperary"; above and below central image is a reproduction of verse and chorus, notation and words for the song, the title of which is reproduced left of the central panel: "It's a long / way / to / Tipperary;". Title of song embellished by scrolls, and 4 corners of the cloth have the images of (clockwise) young man in front of Piccadily; young man writing a letter in front of campfire while at war; young woman composing a reply; and finally young man sitting looking wistful. The words of relevant verses printed below each corner image. At the base of the cloth: "Copyright for all countries by B. Feldman & Co." and "By arrangement with Messrs B. Feldman & Co. Arthur Street London WC". Machine sewn.
