Reel-to-reel recorder.
[.a] Tape deck, marked 'PHILIPS/MADE IN AUSTRIA'. Has white dial which moves both digits of the digit number seen through glass viewer. Tape counter moves separately when tape spool turned. Two red buttons labelled with oppositely directioned arrows; white dial with 2 positions 'A' and 'M'. Two jack plugs 'A' and 'M' into which [.b] & [.c] fit. Red unlabelled volume(?) dial. Two tape spools fit into clear plastic cassette which opens with metal clip. Underneath: voltage selector can be set on '110/117', '320', '/27', '245'; metal label 'TYPE EL 3581/54R/110-245V30W/NR182411/50-60 HZ'. White plastic covered flex with plug more recently replaced.
[.b] White plastic microphone with 'PHILIPS' marked on front, has a light and 3 buttons. On back is marked 'EL3754/10/MADE IN HOLLAND'.
[.c] Earphones with 2 hollow perspex tubes hinged together at unit into which a tiny two-pin plug fits, connecting jack in tape-deck. Marked 'MADE IN HOLLAND'.
[.d] Rectangular synthetic(?) case with zip and handle.
