Silver framed, small, oval lens spectacles with jointed ear pieces; in case of black lacquered wood set with mother of pearl decorations and lined with blue velvet (possibly not original).
a) Hallmarked Sterling Silver Spectacles with double fold sides (Ayscouth Spectacles).
b) Similar spectacle case shown in Sears Roebuck Catalouge 1897 pp. 463-4.
