HAT, Fancy Dress
CH1980.598
Most probably fancy dress, and possibly an accentuated version of one of the 1920's styles. See CH80.596. Very high pointed crown, and sharply pointed flaps on the sides. Wire frame, covered in gold coloured metal thread which is wound round cotton thread.
