a) 18 carat gold with 2 inset sapphires and central diamond (missing). Marks obscured.
b) Has been beaten out and fused onto base metal, perhaps as original grew too small.
c) Case for a) maroon leatherette with blue velvet and white satin lining. Small brass clasp.
