Pair of oval shaped cufflinks with rubies, in box.
[.1]-[.2] Pair of oval shaped, 18 carat gold cufflinks, each with a round ruby set centrally in face, surrounded by a raised eight pointed star. Gold chain with five links attached at back of oval, connecting it to a cylindrical, gold bar with fluted ball finials. ’18 C’ and ‘G.R. ADDIS’ stamped into back. ‘8.7.25’ scratched into bottom of back.
[.3] Small, rectangular, wooden box with textured purple paper(?) covering, and gold decorative inlay around edges of slightly domed lid. Metal hinge along back and a small cylindrical metal press button at front connected to a latch inside. Navy blue velvet(?) material inside bottom of box. Two small u shaped raised metal pieces covered in navy velvet(?) material inside box bottom to hold cufflinks in place. Concave inside lid, lined with cream satin(?) material. ‘WATCHMAKER/& JEWELLER/G.R.ADDIS/KALGOORLIE/ESTABLISHED 32 YEARS’ printed in gold on cream coloured textured paper stuck inside lid.
