Square section of linen with sampler of sewing stitches eg. running, herringbone, blanket stitches and featherstitch. Example of patching, darning. 14 buttonholes in diff. sizes and colours, 16 eyelets, button and button loop. Hemmed all around with deep hem at bottom. Gauze frill sewn onto top and halfway down each side.
