The Albany Welcome Walls will be officially launched on December 12 at the Western Australian Museum - Albany and to mark the occasion and celebrate there will be a Family Fun Day with activities and entertainment for all ages.

The theme of the day will be the 1920s decade. Visitors are encouraged to dress in1920s styles (there will be prizes!), and there will be a variety of 1920s games for everyone, live music, food stalls, free give a-ways and special exhibitions. Registrant families are encouraged to arrange family reunions on the day and to share their family stories to be captured in the day.

Entertainment will begin at 10.30 with the formalities set down for 11.00 am. Entry is free and visitors are encouraged to bring a rug or chairs, and picnic on the lawns. For more information please call 98414844 or see www.museum.wa.gov.au/albany.
