After arriving, Salvatore & his father Giuseppe first settled in Harvey. He found work in Shackleton where he worked for 4 years. He returned to Harvey where he married Maria Ietto & had three children. He then worked at Sunnywest/Masters Dairy & Peters Creamery in Brunswick until he retired.
