Came to Australia in search of better life leaving behind father and 5 sisters. Worked in Southern Cross as Woodcutter before settling in Hamilton Hill and establishing own firewood business. Married Mary in 1970 and raised 2 children, Deanna and Gary. Also has 2 grandchildren, Brayden and Danika.
