I think I turned 9 yrs of age on the ship coming to Australia as a child migrant. I had no family with me on the ship or here in my new country. I was led to believe I was coming here for a holiday - 40 years later I'm still here.

Joseph was my brother's best friend at the Castledare Boy's Home in the 1960's. Our family also immigrated into WA in 1965.
