Engineer in P&O Company - last ship Strathnaver. Met well known International Fremantle Hockey player Gwen Hutchinson during voyage 1953, fell in love, emigrated & married in 1954. Had 2 children; Michael & Terri. During 30 years in Fire Brigade 1957-1987 Eric rose to the rank of District Officer IFE. Eric has two grandchildren Nicholas and Susan Wrenn and recently celebrated 50 years of marriage to Gwen.
