I arrived in Fremantle with my wife Brenda 3 months after were married. We went to Point Walter hostel where we lived for 2 weeks. After 2 days I started work for R.V. Mateland painting.We then moved to a flat in Jolimont, where we lived for 4 years before buying our present house in Greenwood.
