Victor, a qualified bricklayer, arrived with family on 10 Pound Migrant Scheme. Lived nine months at Point Walter Camp before receiving State Housing accommodation Davis Park Beaconsfield, then State Housing in 1954 in Hilton Park. Built his own brick home in Alfred Cove in 1960, lived in Melville area all his life, building many homes for Western Australians all his life.
