17 year old Jock helped lay the Trans Australia Rail Line. Enlisted as ANZAC 16th Batallion - Gallipoli-France (Battles-Pozieres-Military Medal -Bullecourt). Farmer at Harvey, underground Miner-Wiluna, married Isabella Ochiltree 1935, 4 children-John, Hanah, Jim, and Bill. PMG linesman, shop West Leederville, Big Bell Mine, died 1965.
