My grandmother, Hannah Catherine, was the daughter of Richard and Elizabeth's son, John b 1839. Hannah was born 12/12/1865 at Maddington Park, which they rented from Captain Roe for approx 25 years. Major Nairn built the home in 1833.

  • Richard White was the brother of my great-great-great grandfather John White b 1803 who came to Australia with wife Jane (Young) and seven children on the "Wallace" arriving in Melb in 1844.
