We arrived with three sons under 4 yrs old. We were offered a caravan in Victoria Park. Moved to Scarborough. Jan (John) worked as carpenter for Charley Hardisty. Later for Charles Smith (Mayor of Nedlands) became contract manager for Bradford Insulation. We had 3 more sons. Died of heart attack aged 53.
