Family took up land at Forest Hill, Mt Barker. Uncle CB Watson already farming there at 'Morton Vale', a farm he left to Oswald in 1934. Oswald's mother was the first Teacher at Forest Hill School. Os was a Teacher/Farmer/Writer & Poet. He married Wilma Macnamara in 1929 & they had two daughters.
