  • Frank James Want was provided with a full scholarship to both Streatham College & Dulwich College, London by the philanthropist property developer, Albert Casanova Ballard. Archie, as he was known, also supported Frank in obtaining work in Assam as an Engineer & in paying his fare. As Archie's biographer I would like to hear from any relatives who may have more information.
