Flora was met by her future husband Albert Edward Victor Campbell. He had arrived at Albany on the 9 March 1922 on the ship Euripides. They married four days after Flora's arrival at Wesley Church (Perth). They had two daughters, Shirley (m. Shaw), Viola June (m. Howell) and one adopted son Barry John Campbell.
