Palmerino arrived, he was 18. He lived in Lake St. Perth & worked in the mines at Southern Cross & Wittenoom Gorge. He met & married Giuseppina & had 4 children. He started his own Granolithic Contracting business in 1963. He died of Asbestos related illness in 2003.
