I am a direct descendant of Henry Vincent. 5th generation Vincent. I am married to another (first settler) descendant Farrall, who is a descendant of John Gibbs Truslove who arrived on the Skerne 17th January 1830 into Fremantle.

  • I was browsing the WA Welcome Walls and was surprised to see this entry. I am on ancestry.com and am curious about the Truslove and Farrall connection, as I have not come across these name in my research. Would love to hear from someone.

  • Pages 3114 and 1181 of The Bicentennial Dictionary of Western Australians tells the story of the Gibbs and Truslove families.
