Rose and Florence (sisters) married Edmund and William Tincombe repectively on their arrival at Fremantle and pursued a farming future with their husbands in the south west of WA. This was terminated some years later due to the 1929 depression. Florence and family returned to England after a farming accident caused her husband's blindness.
