Read their story

Took up farm at Kooloonooka. Decided it wasn't for him after 18 months. Took up electrical apprenticeship age 30. Worked as electrician in a private company until it closed. Went to PWD for rest of working life. In charge of installation of first traffic lights in Perth, commissioned the Public Address system at the new Royal Perth Hospital, and worked on electrical maintenance of submarines based at Fremantle during WWII.
