Arnoldus Vervenne and Catharina Theodora (nee Van Rijswijk) along with their daughter Johanna Catharina Gerardina (born 31/03/1951), arrived in Fremantle from the Netherlands aboard the JOHAN VAN OLDENBARNEVELT on September 11, 1952. Two more children were born in WA, Carolyn (10/1/1955) and Arnoldus Wilhelmus (11/7/56). The family settled in Mount Lawley.
