Elisa Maria made the long unfamiliar journey to Australia with her 2 small children & arrived in Fremantle in 1956 to meet her husband Addolorato & oldest son, John who had come out to Australia earlier in search of work. They settled in Pingelly. Elisa worked hard at home raising her young family of four boys John, Domenic, Miceal and Mario.
