VAN RIJT FAMILY HAVE ONE OF THE FEW REMAINING WINDMILLS STILL IN WORKING ORDER. NICK WAS AN EXTREMELY SKILLED MACHINIST AND TAUGHT HIS SELF MANY OTHER CRAFTS OF TRADE.

  • Nick and Corry had four children Mary, Peter, Ellen and Paul all married with children.
    Grandchildren (12)
    Great grandchildren (10) so far
    Nicholas passed away on 9th March 1987
    Corry lives in Balcatta and is known as Oma (24/8/2018)
