Read their story

Johan arrived from the Netherlands following WWII. He was a sergeant in the Netherlands army defending Rotterdam. Was imprisoned by the Nazis and sent to Dachau with his brother for a period. His family were inland barge skippers. He settled in WA, married, worked in a variety of occupations and is retired here.
