Worked with the underground during 2nd World War and awarded the Prince Bernhard Medal. Joined the army attaining corporal rank working as a canteen boss. Came to Australia for a better life for his wifeNaria C can Boheemen (dob 09/02/1915) and five children. Had three more children.
