Rose's parents Fred & Carrie Mudle and her sister Dot with husband Joe Walsh followed in April 1950 aboard MV DORSETSHIRE. Rose, Jim, Fred, Carrie, Dot and Joe all lived long happy lives in Geraldton. They never went 'home' for a holiday. Home was Australia!
