James Woodward Turner, small in stature, huge on Bulldog Tenacity. In Augusta, WA where he settled his family 1830, he built two ships to carry timber to Mauritius. He relocated his home, Ligmore House (prefabricated in England) to Adelaide Terrace, Perth in 1849, the RAC now stands there.
