Ivan and Aniela were taken to Germany after the invasion of their homelands during WW2. They met, married and raised 2 children, Maria and Stanislaw. Arriving 23/08/1949 as refugees, they settled in Northam had 2 more children Eugene and Christine. They became Australian citizens on 07/03/1958.
