Spent one year on railways and one year on farm for Government. My husband invented a plastic gate valve which is used quite widely. He was a man before his time and wanted the Government interested in recycling in the 70's. He was on the TV program 'The Inventors' for tyre recycing and built a factory to try keep Perth clean.
