George served overseas with the British Royal Signals Regiment during WW2 in India & Ceylon. He then spent 15 years with the Colonial Service in Uganda & Tanganyika. George will always be remembered for his integrity, absolute honesty & love for both his family & his adopted homeland of Australia.
