In February 1940 deported by Russians to Siberia like thousands of Polish people. During Amnesty, travelled to Uzbekistan joining Polish Army. From there sent to Iran, then in 1943 to camps in Africa. In February 1950 sailed from Mombasa to Fremantle WA.
