Read their story

Arrived from England under War Settlement Scheme and began clearing land for farming at Witchcliffe WA. They transferred later and became pioneers of Peel Estate for 8 years. This was recently acknowledged by the naming of a street Tincombe in Settlers Hills suburb. 1929 Depression forced them to abandon farming future. Both served in WWI and WWII.
