John Thomson, Scotsman, migrated to Fremantle in 1949. After 18 months working in Three Springs, he came to Perth & began a long association with Sydney Atkinson Motors. He married Leslie Anne Candish in 1954. They had a son, Glenn Clark in 1963. John died in 1975 in a horse riding accident.
