They first arrived in Wembley. Geoff was a chef at University of WA, Norah a laboratory assistant at Royal Perth Hospital. They moved to Boyanup. Geoff became a prison officer (instructor) he also became a councillor on the Capel Shire. They had one daughter Jane and twin grandaughters Sarah and Amanda Hill.
