17th birthday on SS Australind 1910. Lived, worked Dwellingup as sleeper cutter. Married 1915 Inglehope, raised 7 children. Built own house Maida Vale. Played and conducted Midland/Guildford Orchestral Society. Organist for Midland Junction Lodge. Retired Midland Workshops 1958 (29 years service).
Died 1987 aged 94 years. Buried Guildford Cemetery with wife.
