Served in both World Wars - saw action in Africa, returned home to Bucchianicco in 1945. Left for Australia. In 1953 worked at James Hardie & saved for 3 yrs to bring 4 children to join him. 3 yrs later sent for his wife and remaining 3 children. Lived 81 years.
