Nee 'de Carteret'. Born Guernsey, ran successful hair dressing business. Married Cecil (Mick) Tardif 1940. Trapped in Guernsey during German occupation. After war moved to England before family with their three daughters immigrated to Victoria. Rebuilt and ran ‘Terrapee Guest House' in Seaford South. Currently living in Tweed Heads NSW.
